Specializing in unique hair cuts and precision coloring, Brenna takes a personalized approach to transform each individuals look. She draws inspiration from around the globe - her favorite sources being nature, old glamour, anime, and dystopian movies.

Alex is a detail-oriented stylist and specializes in blonding - including highlights and balayage - and particularly lived in and low maintenance blondes. She loves a textured and layered cut, ranging from bouncy 90s bobs to a razored mullet.

She is inspired by all things vintage and often looks to punk and alternative influences for creative cuts and color.

Daisy has been with Tigers Eye Hair Studio since 2023. She graduated from VCU in 2022 and immediately went to cosmetology school before finding her home at Tigers Eye.

She loves all things hair but specifically really likes doing texturized cuts, bangs, and creative color.

Other things she’s into are video games, fashion, interior design, reading, anime, and her four cats!

Malia has had a passion for hair from a young age, and started doing hair professionally in 2014.

She enjoys all hair, and specializes in creative color placement, vivids, hand painted balayage, shags, bobs, and anything to do with bangs. she’s down for whatever- from super subtle lived-in color, to funky avant- garde cuts.

Born and raised in Richmond, Malia always has plenty of suggestions of things to do and see around town. Outside of the salon, Malia enjoys cooking, collecting vinyl, experimenting with makeup, and walking around Hollywood Cemetery.

Megan “Dallas” has been a hairstylist in RVA since 2015 specializing in cuts and colors. All genders, textures, and ages welcome!

Short styles, pixies, transformational cuts, and soft airy styles are some of their favorites. Color wise they love balayage, blonding of all kinds, lived in color of all kinds, taking bleach blondes to brunettes and vice versa.

Megans main goal is for you to have an affirming, relaxing, stress free experience….. and some great hair too!

Owner of Tigers Eye Studio, Windy has been in the industry since 2005. Over the years she has formed her own style of cutting based on Vidal Sassoon precision cuts all the way to Arrojo textured razored cuts. She loves using natural texture to enhance your customized haircut. “Dont go against the grain, flow with the natural growth.” Also a firm believer that ANYONE can have bangs, you just have to find the right ones for your lifestyle! she loves pairing a great haircut to some creative color! Blonding, toning, and creative block colors are a specialty.

In her spare time she spends time with her husband Jack, son Otto, and an array of animals. Loves to travel. She has many creative hobbies such as silversmithing, crochet work, and foraging for mushrooms!
