Malia has had a passion for hair from a young age, and started doing hair professionally in 2014.

She enjoys all hair, and specializes in creative color placement, vivids, hand painted balayage, shags, bobs, and anything to do with bangs. she’s down for whatever- from super subtle lived-in color, to funky avant- garde cuts.

Born and raised in Richmond, Malia always has plenty of suggestions of things to do and see around town. Outside of the salon, Malia enjoys cooking, collecting vinyl, experimenting with makeup, and walking around Hollywood Cemetery.

She is a Master Colorist and strives to grow and perfect her craft. She has a passion for spicey redheads, rich brunettes, and warm sunny blondes.

Owner of Tigers Eye Studio, Windy has been in the industry since 2005. Over the years she has formed her own style of cutting based on Vidal Sassoon precision cuts all the way to Arrojo textured razored cuts. She loves using natural texture to enhance your customized haircut. “Dont go against the grain, flow with the natural growth.” Also a firm believer that ANYONE can have bangs, you just have to find the right ones for your lifestyle! she loves pairing a great haircut to some creative color! Blonding, toning, and creative block colors are a specialty.

In her spare time she spends time with her husband Jack, son Otto, and an array of animals. Loves to travel. She has many creative hobbies such as silversmithing, crochet work, and foraging for mushrooms!
